Our Team

Meet our team at Fiduciary Services North

We have been working with Northwest Michigan families since 2009.

All of our staff members are trained fiduciaries who look forward to serving your family with respect, care, and quality. As professional fiduciaries, we are governed by Michigan law commonly referred to as EPIC – Estates and Protected Individual Code. This means we are legally bound to act in the best interest of our clients.

Introduction from Brenda Miller, Founder, President of Fiduciary Services North

Fiduciary Services North was started to provide services through the courts as Guardian and Conservator for those who did not have someone in the area to serve in that capacity. We quickly grew to include Personal Representative services, acting as successor Trustee and serving as an independent third party to facilitate multiple situations in the Grand Traverse area. What we learned is there are several reasons to consider a professional fiduciary in these capacities, such as your relatives may not live in the area, or you wish to avoid family conflict or simply you do not wish your family members to be burdened with this responsibility.

Personally, I am stepping back from the day-to-day operation of the business. I am very confident the team that is currently in place will be able to assist you with any situation you may have that requires professional fiduciary services.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your team!
